At Little Lamb Music we value music as a core resource for health, development and well-being in everyday life.
WHO WE ARE
Hi, I’m Beth – a Registered Music Therapist, instrumental music teacher, and live performer with a passion for using music to support health, well-being, and connectedness.
As the founder of Little Lamb Music, I combine years of clinical experience with a lifelong love of music. My practice is grounded in a person-centred, strengths-based approach, supporting children, adults and families through early intervention, community health, and the NDIS. Whether working in homes, schools, hospitals, or aged care, I aim to create meaningful musical experiences that centre around emotional development, communication, and self-expression.
Before stepping into the world of therapy, I spent over a decade teaching piano (ABRSM Grade 8) and voice (BA Hons), and performing regularly as a solo, duo and in a band setting. This hands-on background brings creativity and flexibility to my sessions, blending therapeutic intent with the joy and spontaneity of live music and playing music with others.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: music is a universal language that has the power to heal, connect, and uplift – and I feel incredibly lucky to share my days creating musical experiences with others.
HOW MUSIC THERAPY CAN HELP
